Meet the people who make Fairmount home

Lorna has spent over 25 years caring for seniors, and her heart for this work shows in everything she does. As our morning Senior Team Coordinator, she is the person everyone turns to for help, encouragement, or a little extra wisdom. Her patience, kindness, and genuine connection with our residents make her truly special.

Nicole brings a special kind of energy to Fairmount. Her natural ability to connect with residents, make them laugh, and come up with creative ways to keep them engaged makes her a wonderful part of our team. As a Senior Team Coordinator, she leads with compassion, positivity, and a genuine love of helping others.

Ricci joined Fairmount as a Certified Caregiver on the overnight shift, where her dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic quickly stood out. Today, she serves as our Senior Team Coordinator for nights, supporting her team and helping ensure our residents receive attentive, compassionate care around the clock.

Kia has been a valued member of the Fairmount team, bringing over 20 years of caregiving experience. As a dedicated mother, she brings those same qualities—patience, warmth, and love—to our residents every single day. If all this isn’t enough, her high school daughter joins us on weekends as our resident “Laundry Extraordinaire!”

Bonnie is a retired teacher with a heart for helping others and a wonderfully creative spirit. From acting to making movies, she brings imagination and personality to everything she does at Fairmount. As a Med-Tech, Bonnie is thoughtful and detail-oriented, while her warmth and compassion help residents feel truly cared for.

Yasmine has a calming presence whose sweet and mellow characteristics balance the everyday hustle and bustle. She loves the outdoors, is a dedicated dog mom, and loves to take her pups on hiking adventures around Tucson.

Paula brings more than 20 years of experience in senior care and has been an important part of the Fairmount family since 2021. Her knowledge, dedication, and compassion make her a trusted member of our caregiving team. Paula’s experience shines through in the thoughtful care and support she provides to our residents every day. We’re grateful to have her as part of our team!

Kayla has a natural way of making people feel comfortable, cared for, and part of the family. She brings a kind heart, a great sense of humor, and genuine compassion to her residents every day. When she’s not at Fairmount, Kayla loves making memories with her twin girls and her son, who keeps her cheering from the baseball stands.

Yajaira brings a calm, loving, and patient presence to the Rook House. She has a bright spirit and is always ready to lend a hand, whether she’s caring for a resident, helping around the house, cooking a meal, or simply making someone’s day a little easier. Her kindness and willingness to help make her truly special.

Jack has a natural way of making people feel comfortable and cared for. He’s always ready to jump in, whether it’s tackling a tough job or simply sitting with a resident for a little conversation and laughter. His calm personality, good humor, and willingness to help make him a familiar and much-loved face around Fairmount.

Cindy is one of our certified caregivers and recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with Fairmount! She brings a cheerful, bubbly personality and a warm heart to everything she does. Outside of work, Cindy is a talented crafter who loves getting creative. We’re so happy to have her as part of the Fairmount family!

Jayton has been part of the Fairmount family since 2024, working as a Certified Caregiver on our evening shift. She brings warmth and personality to our residents and is also our resident dessert queen, always creating delicious treats in the kitchen. Outside of Fairmount, Jayton is a devoted mom to her young son. We’re grateful to have her on our team!

Angie is a caring and dependable member of our 2–10 caregiving team. She brings a positive attitude, compassion, and a genuine passion for caring for our residents. Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, and making the most of the little things in life. We’re happy to have her as part of the Fairmount family!

Ariza has been part of the Fairmount family for two years as an Assistant Caregiver on our morning shift. She is dependable, hardworking, and always helps ensure our residents receive the care and attention they need. We’re grateful for her continued dedication to Fairmount!

Sonia brings sunshine to the morning shift. She has a wonderful eye for the little things and is always ready to brighten the day with a song, a dance, or a good laugh with our residents. As she works toward becoming a Certified Caregiver this year, Sonia continues to grow her skills while bringing the same genuine joy and heart to everything she does.

Meet David David is a valued member of the Fairmount team and our soon-to-be certified caregiver. He brings a helpful attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn to everything he does. When he’s not helping care for our residents, David is our resident tech guru and can usually be found helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re excited to watch him continue to grow with the Fairmount family!

With more than 20 years of experience in senior living, Joni brings a wealth of creativity, energy, and heart to her role as Life Enrichment Director. Since joining Fairmount, she’s been bringing fresh ideas, new activities, and exciting connections to our community. Joni loves creating meaningful moments that keep our residents engaged, smiling, and enjoying life.

Vicky has a way of filling a room with energy and making sure there’s never a dull moment. She loves chatting with our residents, singing along to just about anything, and getting creative with crafts and activities. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she brings a playful spirit that keeps our community moving, laughing, and connected.

With more than 30 years in the food industry, Cody brings experience, creativity, and a genuine passion for good food to Fairmount. As our Culinary Director, he leads our kitchen team and is always dreaming up fresh, exciting menus for our residents. A barbecue enthusiast at heart, Cody loves creating delicious meals that bring people together around the table.

Kenny has been an integral part of our kitchen, making sure residents get exactly what they love to eat. He knows health codes like the back of his hand, ensuring top quality and safety across our entire culinary operation. In his free time, he is a theme park enthusiast, loves attending concerts, and can quote line-for-line from almost any movie.

York spent years traveling the country with his band of fellow musicians, mastering recipes from all walks of life along the way. Today, York does it all in the kitchen and is passing his talents down to his beloved daughter. When he isn't cooking, York keeps his passion for music alive by playing the piano for our residents after dinner.

Since joining Fairmount in 2023, Melanie has become a familiar face at the table and a friendly part of each resident’s day. She takes pride in getting every meal and dietary request just right, while making time for one-on-one conversations along the way. A talented artist, she also loves jumping into activities and sharing her creativity with our residents.

Amaya brings plenty of personality and laughter to Fairmount with a wonderful sense of humor.  She loves building genuine connections through one-on-one time together. After dinner, you may find Amaya at the piano, sharing her love of music.  and turning an ordinary moment into something meaningful.

Gabe may be new to the team, but he’s already brought plenty of personality to the dining room. He loves a good joke, keeps things lively, and enjoys getting to know our residents along the way. During the week, Gabe is busy pursuing his passion in beauty school, and on weekends, he’s here lending a hand and sharing his upbeat spirit.
