We've known La’ahna since 2013 at St. Augustine High School, where she graduated. She began working at Fairmount in 2017 after she graduated from Pima Medical College. She started at Fairmount as a Assistant Caregiver and has worked her way up the ladder from Caregivers to trusted Business Manager. In 2023 she completed the manager training courses and met all requirements to become our Community Manager and is now our Executive Director. She is still involved on a daily basis with our residents and will act as a caregiver or Med tech to stay fresh with our residents and our Caregivers. She is one-of-a kind that brings a love and kindness to our Fairmount Residents that is unmatched. She is always able to help out when needed. Her strongest gift to Fairmount is her understanding of our residents, our employee and their families. She brings a big heart and intelligence to everything she does. She has the gift of keeping everything running smoothly and working with our residents, their families, our staff and the State of Arizona, often on the same day at the same time.
Stacy H.
Business Office Manager
Stacy joined the Fairmount team in early 2024, but it feels like we have known her forever. She radiates good vibes throughout our community and jumps in where ever she is needed. She manages our business office, including accounts payable and receivable. It’s Stacy job to understand the financial situation of each resident to help families better manage the financial burden Assisted Living places on a family. Stacy moved to Arizona four years ago from San Diego. She works with all of our vendors and keeps the moving parts at Fairmount running smoothly. She and her husband love to go on adventures across Arizona with their 7 children and 15 grandchildren. Boating and hiking are a big part of their family life. Stacy says she is still getting used to the “Dry Heat” but loves the beauty of Tucson and the warm, welcoming inclusion at Fairmount.

Wellness Director, Certified Caregiver
& Med-Tech
Jackie has been with Fairmount since we opened in 2012. She has worked her way up from Caregiver to our Wellness Director. She ensures that all of our residents are receiving the specialized care they deserve and need. After graduating from Nursing School she became our Wellness Director. She communicates with Fairmount medical partners, hospice, pharmacies and the Resident's Medical Power of Attorney. Jackie is more than knowledgeable regarding our residents because she is hands- on, she knows our families and Fairmount’s procedures like the back of her hand. No one can break down medical jargon like Jackie. She has always been a part of Fairmount.

Daver, or Dave as we call him, has been part of the Fairmount team since 2022. He is a sweet-tempered soul. Dave's charming and generous qualities are apparent immediately. He makes you feel right at home because he really hears what you are saying. He has an amazing talent to soothe our residents and calm their anxieties about moving into Assisted Living at Fairmount.
Dave helps takes the stress out of the move process for families. Starting as a Certified Caregiver and he was promoted to our Marketing Director. In a very short amount of time Dave has shined in this area, as well as Caregiving. When Dave isn’t touring the community, he can be seen giving the best back scratches to residents and staff! Dave is a natural caregiver so he is always working, visiting and caring for our Residents - No matter what his title is.

Life Enrichment Director
Vicky recently celebrated her 1-year anniversary with Fairmount. Previously, Vicky had never worked with seniors but saw a need in the community and took a leap. Since she has been with us Vicky has started over 10 new activities and clubs to add to our Calendar. From cooking club, to reading group and so on. Vickie’s contributions are invaluable, and her outlook energizes our team. Vicky states that she did not have any sisters growing up, and that the ladies of our community have taken on a familial role in her life. Thank you, Vicky, for all you do for our residents and treating them as you would your own family.

Life Enrichment Assistant
Tiffany recently joined our team but has quickly grown to be a vital part of our activities program. Tiffany can be seen conversing with residents throughout the community and loves to leave sweet treats for all our team. From notes thanking the staff for all they do to baking and hosting events, Tiffany does it all. Her sweet and gentle personality has quickly won over the hearts of residents, staff and visitors.

Chaplain & In House Musician
Linda has been playing the piano since she was 4 years old and is our lead Singer - Piano player. She brings joy in her music to Fairmount everyday with her wonderful piano playing and sing along. Her tunes range from the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s to more current music our residents relate to. Linda's works with Residents in several different capacities. As our Chaplain, she comforts our residents and families during difficult times. Kindness is Linda's Religion - Music is her Life. She has been with Fairmount since 2016.

Activity Specialist
Nicole is a very special Caregiver because of the way she interacts with our residents, always coming up with new ideas and activities to keep everyone interested in life. She has a love of helping people and making them laugh. Nicole’s laughter is contagious, as well as medicine for our Residents. We need as much laughter as possible at this age. She has always been a caregiver but became certified in 2016 when she started working for Fairmount. She is the mother of two wonderful children who come to visit Fairmount often. Nicole brings creativity, joy and hard work to Fairmount. Thank you Nicole.

Bonnie is a retired teacher who just keeps giving. After years of teaching children she is now learning from our Residents. Her interests range from acting to making movies in her off time and she brings a bit of it to Fairmount every day. She is compassionate and very warm with her residents. As our Med Tech, she is detail oriented and makes sure everyone has the correct medication and appropriate dosage. She’s been with Fairmount since 2019 and we couldn’t do without her.

Lorna is our lead Caregiver and Med-Tech with over 25 years of experience working with Seniors. She is the person we all run to for help. Lorna is loving, very patient and engages with our residents. She grew up on an Island in the Philippines and goes back every year to see her family. She brings a respect for our Seniors that is often overlooked in the United States. In her spare time she loves to hike, bird-watch and experience nature. Lorna loves taking care of people and has made it her life's work. We are so grateful to have her a part of our lives. She is a part of our family since 2012, when Fairmount first opened.

Blanca’s quiet and calm demeanor can make it seem like she’s all work and no play but she’s our go to gal and gets the job done. Blanca has been a certified caregiver for almost 20 years and has been with Fairmount for almost a year. When she isn’t working, Blanca devotes all her spare time to be with her daughter and mother. Blanca’s attentive and mellow qualities bring a sense of serenity and peacefulness to our community that is unmatched.

Kayla has been with Fairmount since 2022. She has quickly climbed the ladder and is now a Resident Care Coordinator & Lead Med-Tech. When she isn’t spreading laughter throughout the community, Kayla is spending time with her twin girls and her son. Kayla has even recently enrolled in school to become an LPN. Not only is Kayla a full-time employee, Mom and student, but she is also an entrepreneur and has started her own beauty company. Jackie became part of Fairmount even before we opened and is a natural fit . She can do just about anything faster and better than 10 other people. She became a Certified Caregiver because she saw a need with our residents that required hands on attention. She helps get everything ready for a new resident moving in, keeps our building functioning smoothly, efficiently and always deep cleaned. Jackie has three wonderful grown up kids and is now a grandmother, which is her favorite role. She is hands down the best!

Sophia has only recently joined the Fairmount family, but don’t let that fool you, because she has over 20 years of Caregiving experience. Sophia is the community joker, and you always know where to find her because you can hear her contagious laughter down the halls. Outside of work, Sophia would like to get her Assisted Living Manager’s License and will be going back to school soon. When she isn’t working or studying Sophia is cheering her children on, as her oldest daughter is in the Army.

Kenny has been a part of the Fairmount team for almost a decade! He has been an integral part of our kitchen and community, from preparing our menus, ordering our groceries and chatting with our Residents making sure they get what they want to eat. Without Kenny, we would be lost in the kitchen. He knows health codes like the back of his hand. He ensures the quality and safety of our kitchen. He prepares superb deserts that everyone has grown to expect daily. He is a theme park enthusiast, enjoys going to concerts in his free time and knows a quote from every movie. Kenny is essential to our Kitchen team. Thank you Kenny for all your years of good service and great food!

York has been with Fairmount since 2021 and our kitchen crew wouldn’t be the same without him. Before coming to Fairmount, York traveled the country with his band. While on his many journeys, he mastered countless recipes from all walks of life. Since joining our team, York has brought the essence from his travels and applies it to our residents’ meals. From Jamaican curry to authentic Italian cuisine, York does it all. York is now passing all his talents to his young daughter to whom he adores dearly. When he isn’t in the kitchen or spending time with his daughter, he is keeping his love for music alive and can be heard playing the piano for our residents.

Before coming to Fairmount, Celi worked in housekeeping and says she was looking for a job that gave her a sense of meaning and purpose in life. That’s when she began her search and stumbled into Fairmount! Celi has been at Fairmount for a year now and wants to grow further by becoming a certified caregiver. Celi is full of warmth and compassion, and we know caregiving classes will be a breeze.

Mattie has been working with seniors and their special housing needs since 2000. She created affordable housing for the unique and individual needs of seniors. She has a passion for people, making everyone feel included and at home. She brings life, fun and a special energy to Fairmount. As Financial Manager of Fairmount she understands the burden that finances place on our seniors and their family. She is always available to help and answer questions.
Steve Nason
Manager/Owner and Governing Authority
Steve oversees Fairmount, making sure that we are all doing our best. He was a Navy Hospital Corpsman during the Vietnam War, worked at St. Joe's and St. Mary's Hospital in Nuclear Medicine Department. He graduated from the University of Arizona. Steve's mother had Alzheimer's and eventually passed away which prompted his idea of creating a unique assisted living community that is resident centered. In 2011, he bought and renovated the property that is now Fairmount!
