Fairmount is locally owned & veteran operated. That isn't a tagline for us — it shapes every decision we make, from the people we hire to the meals we serve. When ownership lives and works in the same community, standards stay high and care stays personal.
Our philosophy is resident-centered. We start with the person — their history, routines, and preferences — and build support around them, rather than fitting them into a one-size-fits-all program. As needs change, so does our care.
It comes down to something simple: our residents are family, and we want them treated like it. That belief guides the 5:1 resident-to-staff ratio we keep, the warmth of our team, and the feeling you notice the moment you walk through our doors.
